Perfect for a Village
This is a lovely little tea rooms, the owners are lovely, very accommodating and their selection of homemade cakes are scrummy. Not particularly cheap but nice for a treat.

Perfect
This is a lovely small tearooms in the village of Newton Ferrers with a really cosy feel. The owner makes everyone welcome. The menu is fairly small but you can choose from light lunch options (such as mushrooms on toast or sandwiches) or afternoon tea . From the food to the drinks the attention to detail is second to none.It is not cheap but not outrageously expensive either and well worth paying for. We just keep going back.
