False Information/Advice

I carried out a great deal of research on the web including having spoken to Sony regarding the compatibility which they confirmed before going into Turnbulls. After being given a price quote which was ridiculous compare to other competitors. The staff member gave me two individual quotes based on my method of payment e.g. Card (higher quote) Cash (lower quote). The staff member who served me did not seem to have any idea on the parts compatibility with the stereo in the car. After wasting 40mins of my time he tells me the stereo in my car is not compatible...! Turnbulls staff clearly showed that they clearly lack simple rules of customers, they treat their customers as if they are utter idiots which leads to being given over priced quotes. I certainly will not be using Turnbulls in future and will almost certainly not be recommending for anyone else to use Turnbulls for any sort of services what so ever....!
