just today i was rudely refused transport because i tried to pay with too many two pence pieces. my fare was 60 pence and i had to use 30 of that in 2 pence pieces. unknown to me and anyone else i asked you can only use up to 20 pence in change. when i explained i had to get to the hospital to work i was told 'it's not my problem' by the driver. then when i asked how far i could get by taking 10 pence from my change i was told i could only reach the next stop. thankyou citybus for making these new rules clear to your customers, i really enjoyed walking for 30 minutes in the baking heat and being late for work. i won't be using you again. and your drivers might benefit from customer relations courses? just an idea.
