Unprofessional
Poor professionalism when visiting this opticians - staff do not seem to want to help and the opticans rushed through my sight test and barely explained that I needed a change in prescription before handing me over to the next person to pick some glasses. Will be sticking to other opticans in the future.

Poor, poor, poor
An extremely diappointing experience visiting this opticians. They got my prescription completely wrong (verified by other optican outlets) and the customer service is extremely bad - The staff are rude and often incompetent - its unbelievable. Will never be visiting them again.
