Very pleased

I recenty purchased a Panasonic tv from Tec7 at House of Fraser. I was very pleased with the service and the member of staff I dealt with was very knowledgeable and offered helpful advice. Their price was extremely competitive

Terrible service here.

I waited for almost ten minutes when the staff didn't appear to be doing anything other than chatting. They did not have anywhere near the same volume of product knowledge as other shops I've been to like John Lewis, although they were still better than Marks & Spencer. They did not have the product I wanted and were generally not very friendly. I do not reccomend this shop.
