Established in 1988, Stagecoach is now the largest and best Theatre Arts school in the UK, with over 600 schools and 34,000 students, Each year many of its students take on professional work as well as appearing in local productions. Established in plymouth in 1996 many of our local students now have successful careers in performing arts, as well as other, unrelated professions. Stagecoach gives them the confidence and skills to perform well in whatever their chosen field. After 2 years students can take part in National events. Plymouth Performance Group recently appeared at Her Majesties Theatre in London, They have also recorded a single at the Royal Albert Hall, performed at Drury Lane and sung at the Queens Jubilee.

Products offeredStagecoach offers part time Singing, Dance and drama classes at weekends for children aged 4 -16. Classes are taught in small groups of 15 students, in age groups 4-7, 7-9, 9-11 and 12-16yrs. Staff are experienced professional teachers. Stagecoach offers performing arts training that gives children confidence and builds their self esteem. They make strong friendships and learn together in a happy and safe atmosphere. Stagecoach is covered by a full child protection agency, is affiliated to the UK's leading Spotlight casting agents, has ongoing staff training, as well as its own magazine, Young Performer, that students receive twice termly. Children are able to take exams in Acting, Verse and Prose in the Spring term. Parents receive reports twice a year and are invited to see their childrens work and take part in classes twice a year and see a prepared musical piece once a year. It is a part-time Stage school with 600 schools accross the UK and 34,000 students
